VA to do a top down review of VA hospital system

Here is the thing a soldier rarely complains about anything. It took a major scandle to have this come out into the open.

I suggest there be more watchdog groups setup to avoid this from happening in the future.

Without our Veterans we would not have a future dont we deserve to give them the same consideration we give ourselves?
