There has got to be a better system put in place, I have freinds who served in peacetime and wartime who suffer from some level of PTSD, none of them can get help. Didnt we learn from the Vietnam war that we have to help our returning Vets.

Is it fair that the country they defended is now leaving them literally out in the cold.
